The Haywoods Group, a family run business founded in 1991 by Alex and Piers Bingley. For the first 9 years the company was run as a residential development company selling each project on completion - for an ex-airline pilot and an ex-diving instructor there was a lot to learn. After our first development in North London, our projects focussed in Putney and Fulham and gradually moved closer to the centre of London culminating in Kensington and Knightsbridge.

Through the experience and expertise gained during this time, the company began to develop and hold property for the first time. In-house letting and management departments were set up and later in-house maintenance teams would arrive.

Today the Group owns, lets and manages some 200 flats and houses in London.
