The Haywoods Group is a family run business founded in 1991 by Alex and Piers Bingley. For the first 9 years the company was run as a residential development company selling each project on completion - for an ex-airline pilot and an ex-diving instructor there was a lot to learn. After our first development in North London, our projects focussed in Putney and Fulham and gradually moved closer to the centre of London culminating in Kensington and Knightsbridge.

Through the experience and expertise gained over the previous 9 years in development, design and planning, the company began to develop and hold property for the first time. In-house letting and management departments were set up and later in-house maintenance teams would arrive. Today the Group owns, lets and manages some 400 flats and houses in London - all of which we have developed in-house.

We are proud to have built a team of experienced and friendly experts across all aspects of residential property and our aim is to provide great service to people who are looking to rent or let properties. We try to treat tenants as though they are part of our extended family and take as much care of Landlord's properties as we do our own. We genuinely strive to achieve the best in everything we do and are always open to feedback and suggestions as to how we can do better.
